- ใช้คำสั่ง ping 8.8.8.8 และ ping gateway (เช่น 192.168.1.1)
- ถ้า ping gateway ไม่ได้ → เป็นที่ Router/อุปกรณ์ในระบบ
- ถ้า ping gateway ได้ แต่ 8.8.8.8 ไม่ได้ → เป็นที่ ISP
- ตรวจสอบ Log บน Router ว่ามีการตัดต่อ WAN หรือ PPPoE หรือไม่
